The Restaurants - "Le Gaudina" - Le Gaudina’s jazz lounge vibe, grand piano, and artworks create a warm and inviting ambiance. The menu offers light and sophisticated Provençal fare. "Clubhouse: Les Caroubiers" - Les Caroubiers looks out onto the Golf Club and is the place to take a refreshing break in the Clubhouse, perfect for golfers. Meet in this stylish, sporty environment for lunch, by the fireplace or on the terrace depending on the time of year, and enjoy the panoramic view over the final hole at the Riou course. Le Faventia, 1* Michelin Restaurant - The hotel’s gourmet restaurant offers a panoramic view over the unspoiled villages and the hills of the Pays de Fayence. The enchanting decor and sycamore tables create an understated and elegant ambiance. Chef Philippe Jourdin showcases the cuisine of the South of France, taking a little inspiration from the seasons, Provence itself, and the local produce he uses. "Le Tousco"- Enjoy a relaxed lunch next to the infinity pool at Le Tousco, the hotel’s summer restaurant. On its shady terrace based around a stately Provençal-style fountain, the restaurant offers a buffet of salads, tasty grilled fish, and meats, as well as an assortment of desserts. Adjoining Le Tousco, Le Pitchoun is for children up to 12 years old and has its own menu specially created by a dietician.
