A morning at our village home making traditional Homemade Pinnis😋

Today’s vlog is filled with the warmth, love, and simplicity of our village home. I went back to my house, and together we started preparing traditional homemade pinnis. The morning began beautifully with my mom making fresh potato paranths, while my dad set the kadai on the stove to begin the preparations. The very first and most important step was making khoya from milk. The milk was cooked slowly and patiently for nearly two to three hours until it turned into thick khoya, and by around 10 in the morning it was finally ready. After that, we moved on to the second step of the process. Desi ghee was heated in the kadai, and gram flour was added to it along with ajwain. The besan was roasted slowly until it turned perfectly golden brown and released a rich aroma. While the besan was roasting, I also took some time to introduce you to the beautiful members of our home — our cattle. Our first brown buffalo is named Shano, then we have two white cows named Sindro and Mindro, and our lovely black cow is Gulabo. Moments like these truly capture the essence of village life and the deep connection we share with nature.
