I was lucky enough to receive these from MIZUNO for review but they are not paying me to make this video, nor will they vet my views before my valued viewers. If you measure the shoe at its thickest point theres a good 53mm of stack in my size, though less if you measure at the world athletics point, where its about 44mm ( which is standard for race shoes such as the vaporfly 3 in my size ) A unique shoe with a brilliant upper design, a huge midsole stack but its stable enough using the enerz lite plus foam, a top notch outsole setup makes for one of the best i have ever tested.
