This video depicts the step by step process of precut papillotomy and selective wire guided cannulation of the bile duct, in a patient of metastatic non small cell carcinoma with uncincate process mass of the pancreas causing bile duct compression and stricture with extrahepatic cholestatic jaundice for which an uncovered biliary metal stent was finally placed for palliation of the jaundice. T The location of the papilla was located on the left margin on the diverticula (Type II A) - Li Tanaka Classification. There was no post ERCP pancreatitis. Patient was discharged uneventfully 3 days post procedure with reduction in the jaundice.
