Clean or Unclean? | Kids Lesson | Compass Bible Church

Pastor Doug and friends teach us about Acts 10:1-11:18! In this weekend’s lesson God revealed a whole new side of his plan of salvation. By speaking to a Gentile named Cornelius, and Peter, a Jewish apostle, God brought the two men together. After hundreds of years of remaining separate from one another, a Jew and a Gentile were now spending time together! During this encounter, God used Peter to share the gospel with a large group of Gentiles at Cornelius’ house. There in Caesarea, God carried out his plan to save the Gentiles. In hearing about the crucified and resurrected Jesus Christ, God led the Gentiles to respond in repentance and faith. They submitted themselves to Jesus as their Lord and it was proved true by the Holy Spirit. Those Jews that saw this happen, now knew that God desired to save both Jews and Gentiles alike. Both groups of people were now a part of God’s church! God’s plan is always perfect.
