The same situation will be in the Bryansk direction. This front line will be somewhere near the border," the expert said. According to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will have to fight for several more years and therefore it is necessary to create a northern line of defense. He specified that the contact line should not be "pieces" but should represent a reliable defense, otherwise the Russians will be able to break through it at any moment, as soon as they have a certain opportunity. "Especially the northern direction - this is towards our capital. Yes, this is towards the Russian capital, including - to the north it is exactly 450 km to Moscow. But to us there is also a little more than 300 km, that is, this also needs to be understood. And for us it is very important that between our capital and the Russian capital there is such a sensible, well-developed line of fortifications... Whether the Russians want it or not, it will definitely be created, because in the Northern Front it should have been the main one since 2014. It was we who were drawn there, to the south, away from the Russian capital...", - Svitan is sure. As reported, at the end of February, the Ukrainian Air Force launched an attack on the Russian FSB border outpost in the Bryansk region. According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, important military infrastructure of the enemy was destroyed - communications equipment, signal amplifiers, satellite communications equipment and other means that were used to coordinate military operations.
