Carrot Pudding Description A healthy and very tasty pudding, which can be easily prepared. Almost similar to preparation of Apple Pudding. Recipe in English Ingredients ½ ltr. milk ½ tin condensed milk 2 tbl. sp. sugar 2 carrot grated 10 gr. china grass Method Mix carrot and sugar well and cook the mixture for around 10-15 minutes (do not add water). Keep it aside. Now, boil milk and when milk gets boiled, add condensed milk and stir constantly for 5-6 minutes in reduced heat. Keep this mixture aside. Now, boil around one cup of water. Put the soaked china grass in a small bowl and place the bowl in the pan of boiling water, stirring constantly until china grass gets melted. Use a blender to mix china grass in the milk we kept aside. Using blender will make sure that china grass gets mixed very well. Mix the carrot mixture we kept aside earlier with this and pour it in a pudding bowl. Make sure you mix them very well by stirring and let it cool down. Freeze it. If required, garnish it with cashew nuts or badam. Or boiled carrot can be used to decorate as in the picture above.
