Today I made Spicy Soy Sauce Marinated Crab at home! ★ I made it with soy sauce that I boiled with plenty of spicy chilies for a long time. 😉 The crabs were full of meat and entrails. I also prepared Beef Doenjang Stew, Warm White Rice, Roasted Gim (dried seaweed), and Fried Eggs! As I squeezed the crabs, the plump meat came out! 😭❣️ They were so meaty and super savory! I loved that it wasn't too salty! The sweetness and the spiciness of the soy sauce were so harmonious! 👏 I ate the crabs in various ways: squeezing the crab and putting the meat on the rice, wrapping it with the roasted gim, and mixing it with a fried egg and sesame oil. It was so addicting, I just couldn't stop eating! I later added some rice to the crab bodies and mixed it with the meat and sesame oil together. It tasted just amazing, definitely the highlight of today's meal! 👍🏻 I think it tastes even better with beef doenjang stew. Since I prepared today's meal from scratch, I was so happy and proud throughout the meal! 🤭 No wonder soy sauce marinated crabs are called "rice thieves" among Koreans. The leftover crab legs are great ingredients for ramen or stew! They make the broth so much richer. Making soy sauce marinated crabs is so much easier than you think!
