So, all blood in motions are not Piles and Fissure. The treatment for Piles and Fissure are usually Medical Management and if the bleeding is more then Surgical Management but the other causes like Ulcerative Colitis needs a Colonoscopy Evolution and Biopsy to prove that it is Ulcerative Colitis and then the treatment has to be started which usually last Lifetime.
