Shift Report / Logbook Management Creating a new Logbook ProMISe contains a downwards accessibility algorithm where users with a high-level Access Point have access to al logs from lower levels, Users can never see logbooks connected to the Matrix above their Access Point. An Enterprise can generate as many Logs or Shift reports as they need. If you are granted the rights, goto "Admin" in the Module column. Select the Management module "Logbook Management" If there are disabled logbooks the title of the logbook in the list is greyed out. To Create a new logbook, click the + symbol or the accompanying link. In the dialog type the name of the new Logbook, and connect this Logbook to a specific path in the ProMISe Matrix. Generally Logbooks are connected to Access Points in the Matrix. Click Save to store the new logbook. If you edit a logbook, there is an option to disable it. To maintain history consistency a logbook can not be deleted, but on disabling it, it will not be shown to the users. Create or edit further logbooks or save your modifications by clicking the save button. To see the logbooks, select the module "Log / Shift Report" Here you see the created logbooks as separate tabs.
