(This video was originally shot to add to my review on amazon, but it wouldn't upload. So I decided to upload it here on my channel for those who may have a moth problem of their own.) My moth problem started in the Spring of 2016 when I opened 2 bags of corn-based cat litter. Apparently, there were larvae in the litter that had hatched, so when I opened the bags, they flew out and made themselves at home. GRRRR!! In this video I describe my experience with an expensive moth trap product that is permeated with pheromones from female moths to attract males, vs the far less expensive Raid Fly Ribbon. Both are also coated with a very sticky glue compound which ultimately traps the moths...at least that is what is supposed to happen. Granted there are many different species of pantry moths and not all of them are attracted to this or other brands of similar pheromone product. Neither product has any pesticides or toxic chemicals added. The fly ribbons do not have any pheromones added. My channel contains video reviews of products I own & have purchased with my own money. I am not in any way affiliated with any company that manufactures, sells or represents these products. My intent is to be helpful in sharing my own experience with these products. It also contains DIY projects that are for craft and/or information purposes only and should not be construed as expert or medical advice.
