EDIT (8/15/23): Small changes such as the olive ball/bubble do not count as transformations to me as they don't provide a major different style of gameplay change. These forms include, but not limited to: animatronic (mere seconds after caught), firebutt (mere seconds after damage), bomb (projectile), or any other forms not included in the video.
