The video shows what i did to get the scribe and smiling larry,you will see i waited 3 days before going over the bridge,the first spot where the rust devil's were i found gene selling the junkyard dog twice. You will see me doing a quick save next to the puddle before going down the road this where i found smiling larry and the scribe. After finding who i wanted i quick saved then went back to my settlement and slept 3 or 4 days hoping they would turn up and they did. Hope this helps.
