Cameron Lake is one of those magical places in Waterton Lakes National Park. Lake is at the end of the Scenic Akamina Parkway, Waterton Lakes National Park, Alberta, Canada. The 49th parallel north runs through the southern end of the lake making part of it technically in Glacier County, Montana US. You can access it through Waterton Lakes National Park. We ended up kayaking across the whole lake all the way to the US side. At the end of the lake on the US side is a little bay where the weather is like magic. It felt incredibly warm and tropical and when we stepped onto the land we saw gorgeous colorful flowers.
