Although they are not the most trail ready mountain bikes, they are great for riding street, skate parks and jumps. They can be as much a training tool for MTB as they are basic transportation around the neighborhood. Of course DJ bikes are their own discipline within the sport and you can choose to focus solely on dirt jumping. The sky's the limit! I've been wanting a jump bike for a while now and was lucky enough to come across this Spank Tweet dirt jumper for $150. It needed a little work and a few extra dollars to get it working nicely. I'm looking forward to using this around the neighborhood, urban riding in Chicago and at the local jump parks.
