Obviously Rubik's Cube is a puzzle, but if it is a puzzle why do so many people solve it their first time with a guide? It really isn't much of a puzzle if you have the solution in front of you. This video shows the method I used to get my first solve. I did use a computer to test of the Cyclic Algorithms I was coming up with. After I came up with a couple operators... they call came down to this. A B A' B' Turn any side, turn another side that overlaps the first, undo the first turn, undo the second turn. Take notes, do it again, take notes... until you get back to the original state you started with.
