Today, Samsung is mostly known for their smartphones and other electronic devices. But cameras? Although they made them for a long time, initially compact digicams, until 2009 they introduced the nx system with the NX10, the first mirrorless aps-c camera with interchangeable lenses. And it was very promising, with good image- and buildquality, intuitive menus and settings, efficient and ergonomic design. Only the lens collection was small for this new mount. With every generation it seems to be better, the NX1 was the high-end model. But then they stopped it. The NX10 is a nice camera, small and lightweight. The AF is quick and has face detection! The Kit Lens is sharp, but feels cheap and plastic. You can zoom with the ring or the +/- switch. I-function can be configured. Color-science is ok, there are many options for tweaking. Still it wasn't easy for me to find an interesting look. I hope you like my settings. In standard mode, the colours are looking like... a digicam? Dynamic range is not so good, the highlights are quickly blown out. If you are looking for a camera like this, there may be better alternatives or go with the X30, the last of this series.
