If you like what you see, please consider smashing the like button, and subscribe and share with someone else. ************ Ingredents Flank steak (sliced) 1lb flank steak- thinly sliced -against the grain 1/2 c Water 1tbs Seseme oil 4 grated cloves Garlic 1 tsp grated Fresh Ginger 1/2 c Soy Sauce - low sodium Seseme Seed - optional 1/4 cup corn starch 1/4 cup water 1 tbs oyster sauce Green onion 1/5 c brown sugar Instructions Sear slices on both sides until golden brown. Remove meat and retain its juices. Place in pot the soy sauce, 1/5 c water, garlic, and oyster sauce. Mix together well the 1/4 c water and corn starch. Use a strainer and pour into pot. Begin to stir vigorously. Add meat and pressure cook for 11 min. Let steam cool, serve with rice or cauliflower rice and enjoy! #instantpot #mongolianbeef #Instantpotmongolianbeefrecipe
