Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, Acute Cholecystitis with CBD stone and old TB. This patient came to us with in emergency with severe pain in the abdomen and symptoms suggestive of acute cholecystitis, she is a known case of gall stone disease. She was admitted and evaluated. She was found to have stones in the CBD for which ERCP was done. CBD stone removal and stenting were performed. She was refused surgery for gall bladders stones at multiple super speciality tertiary care hospitals because she is a known case of pulmonary (Lung) TB and she has lung issues, and she was a very high-risk case. She was optimised by our physician team helped by Dr Dutta, pre-operatively seen by anesthetist Dr Virender and me and the surgery team, we performed the laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery for her successfully. Post-operatively she was extubated and kept under observation in the ICU and was discharged on the second day. So, she is happy now and doing fine.
