Hi everyone! I’m Jo, and this is my cat Macchou 🐈✨ I hope to create a YouTube channel where people can share meaningful moments with the people they care about. Thanks to a wonderful viewer from Scotland, yermaw23-san, I started exploring different dishes from around the world after making Scotch pie for the first time. Today I’m making Ponyo Ramen 🍜✨ Yesterday I made a creamy ramen, and the day before that I made miso ramen. That all started from yermaw23-san’s request for miso and ramen — thank you so much. So today is my third day of ramen. While I was making creamy ramen yesterday, yermaw23-san said it reminded them of Ponyo. That inspired me to look up Ponyo ramen and try making it today. I hope it turns out well 😊 Thank you so much for being here today. Cooking food from around the world with my viewers 🌍🐈🍳 One day, I hope to visit your place. And of course, Macchou will probably come to check it, as always 🐾🐈 🛒 Ingredients (Serves 1) • 1 pack instant chicken ramen • 1 egg • 2–3 slices ham (keep them layered) • thick green onion (sliced) 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. 2. Add the instant ramen noodles and cook for about 2–3 minutes. 3. Add the seasoning from the packet. 4. Gently crack an egg into the soup. 5. Add the ham on top without separating the slices. 6. Add sliced green onions. 7. Cook until the egg is just set. 8. Serve hot and enjoy! 💡 Note This ramen is inspired by the one seen in Ponyo. The thick ham and soft egg create a simple but comforting bowl. 💡 Recipe Note The quantities and steps in this recipe may be slightly different from what you see in the video.
