Many DJI Mini 3 Pro owners in North America are struggling with poor range and signal strength issues. I have made a few videos documenting this issue as I was also experiencing this problem. I was getting weak signal messages at 200 to 300 meters and in some cases a full disconnect under 500 meters in locations I can normally fly several Kilometers. A gentleman named Brad reached out to me offering a reason why and a temporary fix. Basically, some North American drones are switching from FCC mode into CE mode when they shouldn't which greatly affects the penetration and range of the signal. There is a temporary workaround that can fix the problem allowing you to get better range with your DJI Mini 3 Pro until DJI can get it addressed with firmware.
