Campbeltown Loch is a blended malt (with no grain whisky) from Springbank's parent company that is said to include whisky from all 5 malts (Springbank, Hazelburn, Longrow, Kilkerran, and Glen Scotia) from Campbeltown's 3 distilleries. No age statement, but 46%, no chill-filtration, and no fake color. It should cost between $70-$80, and is probably easier to find than most entry-level Campbeltown single malts. In this video, I review and rate the Cambpbeltown malt, and then I put it head to head in a blind tasting against its big brothers: Springbank 10 or Kilkerran 12.
