To remove the links from your watch follow the steps below: 1. Look at the back of your watch links and see if there are arrows on the back. These arrows will indicate which way to push the pins out. 2. If there is no indication: the concave side is where you push the watch removal tool through and the flat side is where the pins exit from. 3. Once the tool has entered the link hole, gently turn or rotate the handle to push the pins out. Turn until the tool stops, then turn or rotate it back in the opposite direction. 4. The pin should pop out easily. Repeat these steps with the second pin you are removing. 5. Once your links are free, you will need to use one of the spare pins to attach the two open links. 6. Enter the pin from the side it exited from, holding the pin in the same direction it exited. The pin has two sides and it must enter with the skinny end leading. 7. Use a soft-tip mallet to gently push the pin back into place. Be sure not to damage the watch.
