In the hills of sleepy Nimbin, NSW, Australia's biggest weed protestival emerges for the duration of the first weekend of May, an annual tradition now 32 years strong. They gather to celebrate the culture of Nimbin, which is quite intertwined with cannabis and drugs. A label like this brings all types of people from all over the world, for better or for worse. But the most interesting part of it all isn't the drug use nor the lax laws, but something else entirely. This is what I explore in this video.
