Earlham Crematorium

Earlham Crematorium was opened in 1964 by the Bishop of Thetford. The crematorium is set in peaceful surroundings close to the heart of Norwich. Our chapel features an original timbered roof and has seating for 85. It is accessible for less-abled, and the lectern has a 'rise and fall' mechanism to suit all heights. We are also able to provide webcasting, music and visual tributes to coincide with your service. Our crematorium also has access for the less-abled, accessible toilets and a hearing loop system. Our gardens of remembrance are landscaped but still accessible to all. We boast three and half acres of beautiful grounds including a water feature and a large koi carp pond. We may be quite central to the city but we do love nature, hosting wildlife such as deer, foxes, hedgehogs, jays, robins, magpies, owls and a multitude of butterflies, dragonflies and bees.
