Springtime has passed and the blazing summer months have come to stay. After the night of the ball you've spent much time by yourself reflecting on what you have done, who you are and what you could be. Perhaps your pride and bitterness really has been detrimental to you. You are not everything your step-mother said you were, and you are more than you thought you could be. During many midnights alone, you begin to think of the relationships and the current world around you. Princess Seia has changed. There is a softness in her there wasn't before. Though you still brush up against one another carefully as if it pricks the both of you. You wonder why Princess Seia has so much faith in you when you have so little faith in yourself. Your relationship with her has become palpable for the most part, but she is often gone for business in Clarus. Your conversations have become short, which you wish weren't. Though she still leaves you little notes and stacks of reports to read. You've also managed to have a few surprisingly pleasant conversations with people around the palace. Life has become routine. You feel settled, like things are somewhat in control. During one of your routine walks, you notice Princess Seia sitting in the gardens and hesitate walking up to her. There are many things you want to talk about but are afraid to. Princess Seia notices your footsteps and calls out your name. Ehe! It’s me! It's finally here! The re-recorded version of Villainess 4! Welcome back to an improved and even longer version of the original episode. I thank you all for being so patient. This has been a really frustrating task for me to take on. I wish it hadn't taken so long, and that my computer didn't act up. If you didn’t know, I had re-recorded the original audio but then all of it was deleted. So I had to re-record and edit it again. I'm still very happy that this is done, and that you can all enjoy it now! In this audio you've spent a few weeks apart from Princess Seia in your life, and you've continued on as usual. You have a set routine of activities and one of them is walking around the palace grounds. As you're taking a walk, contemplating what you might have for lunch and a few other things you notice Princess Seia in the gardens. You end up having a long talk about many topics, ranging from breathing to Theina to hopelessness. After a lengthy conversation, she invites you to Clarus with her for a trip in which you meet someone of great importance to you. She clutched the flowers so tightly it seemed as if the stems would break. “I thought you left me.” She whispered. “I thought I did too. But I came back.” I replied hesitantly. I carefully slid my hands over the bandages that held her together. “These should be changed…I’ll go ask one of the nurses to help.” As I stood up, I felt a tug on my coat. She looked up at me. Clutching the fabric between her injured fingers as if holding on for dear life. “Why?” I didn’t understand her question. “Why…what?” I questioned. “Why did you come back? Perhaps leaving me there would have solved all your problems. You didn’t have to stay.” I sat back down, brushing away the hair that framed her face. Her cheeks were bruised in purple and blue hues. The cuts were healed, but they left even more scars behind on her fair skin. I tenderly pulled her toward me, calming her anxious shaking. “I don’t know why. I just know I wanted to stay, Seia.”
