Being outside hiking, camping or just an overnighter together with friends is wonderful...but no fun if being cold during the night. In today’s episode I go through how to stay warm during 3 season hiking and how I deal with the different temperatures...in a QUILT, but also applies to sleeping bags I guess. I will talk about everything from the hot summer days to freezing and all the way down to -4 degree Celsius and what clothes i wear and how I handle the QUILT.
