The 2010 Porsche Cayman S uses approximately 8 quarts of engine oil and it is recommended to use Mobil 1 0w-40. If you live in hotter climates, 5w40 is appropriate as well. Other brands with equal specifications are fine - provided you don't jump from brand to brand frequently as different brands contains different additives. Some key points to watch out for includes the torque specs as mentioned in the video, lubricating the mating surfaces to prevent the parts from sticking together over time. You may choose to replace your crush washer and o-ring every oil change but I've gone through several oil changes without replacing them without any negative consequences. Therefore, replacing your crush washer/o-ring is entirely optional. Another good tip would be to pre-fill your oil filter housing with engine oil.
