In a shocking incident, the Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede and his team was attacked on Sunday by alleged drug peddlers in Mumbai's Goregaon while they were conducting raids. According to the reports, two NCB officials got injured in this incident. The team is said to be attacked by around 60 people who gheraoed the NCB team. So far three of the alleged peddlers and their associates have been detained by the police under 353 of the IPC.
