What is it ? It’s a Roman monument made entirely of cardboard and tape. It looks incredible and will only be here for a few hours before it’s dismantled at 3 pm today. (Sunday 27th April) So, come to Jubilee Square, join the activities, and have some fun for free! Join in the fun of taking it down - stomping, jumping, and celebrating our collective achievement! This project is Led by Internationally renowned artist Olivier Grossetête who specialises in large-scale constructions using only cardboard and tape. His projects bring people together to create monumental structures that blend history, art, and community spirit. Now, it’s your chance to be part of his latest creation and make history in our great city of Leicester. Video by LM News CAA licensed drone operator. Event was organised by Leicester city council Festivals & Event team.
