Finished Gnome Collage with Made Up Asemic Symbols as Graffiti 🪬🔮📜🖋️🗿

Finished my collage using prompts from the Makers of Mixed Media Art/Artists Facebook group. Prompts: Gnome, letter, child/toy, junk mail, astrology symbol with bonus theme of Realism. I got inspired to throw in my own drawn asemic symbols as graffiti on the brick gel print I used as the background. I have been drawing these made up symbols since I can remember as some type of hieroglyphics from Mesoamerica. I didn’t realize it until I saw a friend do a demo today. She’s not on YT and streams on Whatnot app. I did some practice runs before committing to them on my page so I got lost 😅 in making them for a while. Please feel free as always to speed on through. I did a little venting at the start too. It was a long day. Confused at end of day. Almost missed a family call 😮‍💨 I did a decision for which I didn’t know if it was going to work out but in the end I was pleased it did. Like that fried I mentioned above said, you have to use your supplies to know how they work. Go and use your supplies! What’s the worse that can happen? It’s only paper and paint and glue… The name of the movie I was sort of watching and listening to is “Under the Shadow”. A go to movie during spooky month. But for me it’s year round spooky. It is streaming on Netflix.
