The first op amp stage works as a comparator due to positive feedback. The second op amp stage is an integrator and the third op amp stage is just an inverting amplifier. Using a combination of op amp virtual ground for the second and third stages, and Kirchhoff Current Law (KCL) this circuit is analyzed.
