This 8 mark 'discuss' question from the Edexcel Psychology UK A Level Paper 1 from 2022 required candidates to demonstrate their knowledge of correlational research and apply it to a scenario involving nicotine use and traumatic events. The IAL specification doesn't feature recreational drugs in the biological psychology topic, but a very similar question could be asked with a slightly different scenario, making this video relevant for IAL Psychology candidates too.
