#BYAS Ep43.0 - GIVE REAL FEEDBACK! Have we become too politically correct? Sometimes it seems that we are so focused on not giving offense to anyone that we also fail to take chances that may have a real impact. Most people in the world don’t give real feedback because they are worried about what other people will think of them. How does that actually help them? How does that make a difference? How are we ever going to help each other evolve as a species if we are too afraid to confront each other in a meaningful and constructive way. I don’t always initially like it when someone offers me meaningful feedback, yet I know without it I would not be who I am today. Take a chance and trust yourself, care enough to offer input where it may be of service. Do it out of compassion and with a desire to be of service. Who wants to be political or correct anyway? Just remember it goes both ways so seek out REAL feedback as much as much as you seek to offer it.
