📝 Ingredients 2–3 boiled potatoes (mashed) 1 cup boiled chicken (shredded) 1 small onion (finely chopped) 2–3 tablespoons capsicum (finely chopped) 1–2 tablespoons fresh coriander (finely chopped) ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste) ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon red chili powder or red chili flakes For Coating: 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (maida) 1 tablespoon cornflour Water (to make a smooth batter) 1 cup breadcrumbs Oil (for deep frying) 👩🍳 Instructions Prepare the Mixture First, boil the potatoes and chicken separately. Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and shred the boiled chicken. Mix the Ingredients Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, and a little fresh coriander to the potato and chicken mixture. Add salt, black pepper, and red chili powder (about half a teaspoon each). Mix everything well until fully combined. Shape the Cutlets Grease your hands with a little oil. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval cutlets. Prepare the Batter In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon cornflour. Add a little water and make a smooth, medium-thick batter. Coating Process Dip each shaped cutlet into the batter. Then coat it evenly with breadcrumbs. For extra crispiness, you can repeat dipping in batter and breadcrumbs once more. Deep Fry Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Deep fry the coated cutlets until they turn crispy and golden brown. Remove and place on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
