We show you how to setup custom text commands, how to setup command aliases that will let you execute one command with another, and we even show you how to setup chat games using MyCommand something that most other custom Minecraft server command plugins can’t do. So without any more delay, here is how you can get custom commands on your Minecraft server. The first step of getting #MyCommand is downloading it. You can find the official MyCommand download page linked in the description above. You can find the download button on the right-hand side of the page under the menu bar. You will also find a list of all the different things you can do with MyCommand on this page. It really is a feature packed #Plugin, and we barely scratch the surface in this video, so be sure to check out this page for a full look at all the features. Speaking of, we also have the MyCommand documentation linked above. This will be super useful as they have examples of all the different things that you can do with this plugin. There are tons of different custom Minecraft commands you can add. For example, we go over how you can setup commands to run multiple commands. An example would be setting the ability to do /vote and have it open up multiple lines of text. Or being able to do /dailyreward and have a random daily reward be given to a player each day. These are just a few examples of the really cool tings you can do with MyCommand. To install MyCommand and thus add custom commands to Minecraft, you just need to drop it into your plugins folder and restart the server. A ‘MyCommand’ folder will appear in your plugins folder. Here is where all of the my data and config files can be found. Speak of the MyCommand config files, all of your commands will be found in the ‘commands’ folder inside your MyCommand plugin folder. There is an ‘example.yml’ plugin here by default. This features hundreds of diffferent command example and options that you can do with MyCommand. There is also the general ‘config.yml’ file for MyCommand however, this file doesn’t need any changes usually, and if you do see something you want to change, it is very well documented. Another feature of MyCommand is the ability to ‘register’ commands and in doing so making them able to be tab completed. This is something so many custom command options can’t do, but MyCommand has no problem doing that will all of the custom commands you add.
