The City of Huntington Beach celebrated the grand reopening of Schroeder Park, completing a two-phase renovation that brought significant upgrades to one of HB's 79 neighborhood parks. Improvements include new rubberized flooring, ADA-accessible play equipment, solar lighting for extended evening hours, two newly planted trees, and a permanent park sign monument. Infrastructure upgrades included backflow protection, a modernized irrigation controller, updated water lines, and new irrigation heads. The project was led by the City's Public Works and Community and Library Services departments.
