It’s about noticing the moment we feel the urge to correct, cover, or change and choosing instead to pause and stay curious. What we often call a “mistake” is simply something unexpected. And those unexpected moments can hold energy, movement, and story when we allow them to remain. This prompt is an invitation to: Let go of control Trust the process Respond to what’s already there rather than trying to fix it Develop a No-Stress Creative Practice If discomfort shows up, nothing has gone wrong. You don’t need to love what you make today, and you don’t need to finish anything. Showing up and staying with the process is enough. Use this time as a act of self-care and noticing.
