The Hunted (1995) Director: J F Lawton Rent/Buy: Prime Video 👍🏻👍🏻 An American businessman witnesses a Japanese woman’s killing and is in turn hunted by the ninjas who killed her. With the help of a master swordsman and his clan of Samurai he evades the would be assassins and a sword play fueled game of cat and mouse ensues. This, while not a masterpiece by any means, is a fun Samurai vs Ninja movie that uses the main character as not to only the protagonist but also as a plot device to ensure the inevitable confrontation. The sword fighting was very realistic and not some wire work hop and chop nonsense. This is definitely worth your time.
