My adventures over the festive period trying to get a couple of goose for a New Years meal. Goose hunting here is hard. I don't have a marsh to flight them at dawn or crop fields to decoy them into. I need to try and intercept them on their way from roost to field or vice versa. There is a big latitude for error - I need to put myself within 50 yards of their flight line on a coastal strip that is a mile wide, but it's an addictive pursuit.... Thanks again to Cumbria Tackle and Guns for arranging for the transfer of my 28 bore used in this film.
