Chuck Findley started playing Trumpet at only 4 years of age, and Trombone at 11. A student of Bernard Adelstein at the Cleaveland Institute, Carmine Caruso and others, Chuck has toured the world with the JImmy Dorsey Band, and Buddy Rich Band, settling in Los Angeles in 1969. Chuck is a not only a great Jazz player, sometimes people forget about his great Lead Trumpet playing, as demonstrated as Lead Trumpet with Tonight Show, with Johnny Carson - Doc Severinson - Leader, and later with Branford Marsalis with the Tonight Show with Jay Lano. Chuck continues to travel Internationally, as a Sloist, Clinician, and is in great demand for Television, Motionpicture, and Studio work. Chuck Findley is a Van Larr Artist.
