Now let the milk boil. In a bowl add 50 ml milk and add (8 tbsp or 150g ) rice flour and mix well. Once the milk gets boiled add this rice flour mixture and let the milk cook. Now add 400g condensed milk and 100g sugar and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add 1/4 tsp salt to enhance the sweetness. Now add 30g Almonds and 30 g Pistachios chopped in the mixture. Cook until it thickens as shown in the video and Frini is ready to be seved!
