Born in 1973 in Soweto, he was a vibrant force in the kwaito genre, captivating audiences with his distinctive voice and relatable lyrics. In addition to his musical achievements, Doc Shebeleza was deeply committed to philanthropy through the organization AMAHA (African Musicians Against HIV-AIDS), which he founded to uplift fellow artists and support those in need.
