BILLARY TREE: Not dilated. GALL BLADDER: Well visualized. Normal in size shape & position. No echogenic structure is seen in the gall bladder. Wall thickness normal. PANCREAS: Well visualized. Spleen: Normal in size KIDNEY : (Rk.) Normal in size (95 mm) shape & position with well-defined cortex and medulla Pelvicalyceal system of the right kidney is not dilated. No Stone is seen. (LK.) Normal in size (108 mm) shape & position with well-defined cortex and medulla Pelvicalyceal system of the left kidney is not dilated. No Stone is seen. URINARY BLADDER: Well filled with a regular outline. No intravesical lesion or calculus is seen in the urinary bladder. Echogenic debris is seen in UB. UTERUS: Normal in size (88X29 mm) & shape in position. Myometrium is homogenous. The uterine cavity is empty. The endometrial echoes are central. BOTH ADNEXA: Appears Normal CUL-DE-SAC: No collection of free fluid is seen. Note: Due to Excessive abdominal gas midline, abdominal structures are not properly visualized. RIF: A complex mass-like structure seen in RIF predominantly solid measuring about (50X58 mm) which may be right-sided appendicular mass or tuboovarian mass? LIF: Another hypoechoic solid mass-like structure seen in LIF measuring about (59X61 mm) possibly tuboovarian mass.
