Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel to eat delicious food! 😁 Ingredients: 1 pork chop 100 g cooked ham 100 g scamorza cheese 300 g breadcrumbs 300 g flour 2 eggs Parsley 1 garlic clove Black pepper Salt Sunflower oil 600 g potatoes Milk Butter Preparation: 1- Finely chop the parsley and garlic, then add them to a bowl with salt and pepper. 2- Add the 2 eggs and whisk until all ingredients are well combined. 3- Cut a pocket into the pork chop to create space for the filling. 4- Stuff the pork chop with the ham and scamorza cheese. 5- Use a skewer or toothpicks to seal the opening of the pork chop. 6- Dip the pork chop into the egg, parsley, and garlic mixture, coating it completely on both sides. 7- Place the coated pork chop into a bowl with flour and dredge it fully. 8- Dip the pork chop again into the egg mixture, making sure it is well coated. 9- Transfer the pork chop to the breadcrumbs and coat it completely. 10- Preheat sunflower oil in a frying pan. 11- Once the oil is hot, add the pork chop and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side (10 minutes total). MASHED POTATOES PREPARATION 👇🏼 1- Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. 2- Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the potatoes. 3- Once they are soft, drain and place them in a bowl. Season to taste. 4- Add a knob of butter and a small amount of milk, then mash until you reach the desired consistency. (Add more milk if you want it creamier.)
