When my father's funeral was cancelled, our musician son paid tribute in a beautiful and creative collaboration. Instead, dozens of musicians who would have taken part in his funeral created this lovely recording in a scattered chamber group of collaboration, put together and edited by our son Ben Atkins who also wrote the arrangement (and sings in the final chorus, second up from bottom left). Contributions arrived within hours from professionals and amateurs; extended family, my parents' pupils from decades before and new friends who met him in his last twenty-four hours of life; and from France, Switzerland and Sri Lanka.
