1 vanilla cake mix box (Check the back of the box, you’ll need some more ingredients to bake it, usually water, vegetable oil & eggs) 14oz can Condensed milk 12oz can Evaporated milk 1/4 - 1/2 cup Rum Vanilla (just a little) Powdered sugar (Can use regular white sugar) Heavy whipping cream (small carton) *Foil cupcake tins -Preheat oven to 350 (according to box directions) -Mix cake mix and other ingredients it calls for according to the box directions, set aside -Make the glaze: whisk together condensed milk, evaporated milk, splash of vanilla & rum until combined -Make whipped cream: in a separate medium bowl pour the heavy whipping cream. Use an electric mixer and mix until it’s a little thick. Add a spoonful of sugar & a drop of vanilla. Continue mixing, this may take 5-10 min. Taste to make sure it’s sweet enough for your liking. Continue mixing until whipped cream consistency. -Once cupcakes are done let them cool for 5-10 min. Once cooled poke hole into it with a toothpick -Pour the glaze over the cooled, poked cupcakes. This can get messy, be patient. -Scoop a dollop of whipped cream on each cupcake and enjoy! Thank you for watching!
