Banane ki Vidhi (Steps): Step 1: Mirch taiyar karein Sabse pehle mirch ko dho kar sukhalein. Ab beech mein ek lamba cheer (slit) lagayein. Agar aapko teekha kam pasand hai, toh andar ke beej nikaal sakte hain. Step 2: Stuffing taiyar karein Ek katori mein masle hue aloo lein. Usmein amchur, namak aur hara dhaniya dalkar achhe se mix karein. Ab is masala ko har mirch ke andar achhe se bhar dein. Step 3: Besan ka ghol banayein Ek bade bartan mein besan, namak milayein. Thoda-thoda pani dalkar ek gaadha (thick) ghol taiyar karein. Ghol itna gaadha hona chahiye ki mirch par achhe se lipat jaye. Aakhir mein baking soda dalkar mix karein. Step 4: Fry karein Kadhai mein tel garam karein. Jab tel achhe se garam ho jaye, toh bhari hui mirch ko besan ke ghol mein duba kar tel mein dheere se daalein. Step 5: Golden hone tak pakayein Medium aanch par pakodo ko sunhera (golden brown) aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
