Recipe No-19 Ingredients Fish-1/2 kg Big onion-1Nos Raw mango-1 Nos Coconut Milk (1st Extract) -1 Cup Coconut Milk (2nd Extract) -2 Cup Ginger -1 Big piece Green Chilli -3 Nos Shallots -4 Nos Vinegar-1 Tsp Chilli Powder-2Tsp Turmeric powder-3/4 Tsp Salt- AS per Taste Coriander Powder-1 1/2 Tspp Fenugreek Seeds-1/2 Tsp Curry leaves-2 Strings Dried red Chilli- 2 nos Coconut Oil Method: Take a Mud Pot ,add Big onion Sliced, Crushed Ginger & Slit Chilli Turmeric Powder Coriander powder, chili Powder & coconut Oil and mix well with hand and squeeze it . Add 1 tsp vinegar & mix well.Add the second extract of Coconut Milk, Mix all together. Out on the flame and boil fro 10 Minutes. then add Raw Mango & Fish Pieces and cook it for another 10 minutes. when the the mango and Fish Pieces cook very well add the 1st extract of Coconut Milk and Cook for another 5 Minuted. When the curry start to boil switch of the flame & keep it aside for Seasoning Heat a Pan add 1 1/2 coconut oil,, add fenugreek seeds, dried red chilli Sliced shallots & Curry leaves, saute it very well. When the shallots turn brown add this to the fish curry.
