Panasonic S1H ProRes Raw | Cinematic Test Footage

This video shows Panasonic S1H Cinematic test footage using the Atomos PRORES RAW HQ 5.9K Update. There was an initial release of cinematic test footage showcased several months ago during the announcement of the ability to use the Panasonic S1H to record prores raw with the addition of the atomos ninja v, Unfortunately upon the initial release of the S1H firmware 2.0 this feature had been disabled due to some technical issues. Fortunately, Panasonic and Atomos have just released an updated version and this test footage was shot using the update. My initial impression of the Panasonic S1H with Atomos ProRes Raw 5.9k feature is that it creates incredible imagery for a mirrorless camera and performs very well in brightly lit conditions where it can preserve detail in the highlights and shadows nicely. Lower lighting conditions seem to be its weak point, the footage becomes very noisy and will require more testing before I can decide how useful it is. Overall I'm very excited for the Panasonic S1H prores raw at 4k 60fps to be released on the Atomos Ninja V and will continue testing with the recent update of the prores raw codecs.
